FAQs
Every project should begin with clear expectations. Here, you’ll find straightforward answers about how we work, what each engagement includes, and what happens before, during, and after design production.

You can expect a well-managed design process focused on delivering work that supports your objectives and is ready to perform in the real world. We define the scope, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities, and measures of success before production begins. Throughout the project, you’ll receive clear updates and opportunities to review progress, helping ensure the final work is accurate, useful, and aligned with your business needs.
-
We will ask about your business, audience, goals, competitors, current challenges, required deliverables, timeline, and budget. Existing brand guidelines, content, references, and source files should also be provided when available.

Focused Projects are best for defined deliverables with a fixed timeline and budget. Monthly Plans provide ongoing support across multiple priorities, while Hourly Support suits urgent revisions, small tasks, and short-term help. It depends on your objective and the target date you want to launch your product.
-
Focused Projects start at $3,000, Monthly Plans start at $2,000 per month, and Hourly Support starts at $50 per hour. The scope of work plus the complexity of the scope will determine our pricing plan.

-
Any request outside the agreed scope will be reviewed before additional work begins. We will confirm the effect on cost, deliverables, and timing so changes can be approved before proceeding. If the timeline was changed based on the delay of communication, resources, and availability of the client, it scope of work might change and will have a copy for both parties as part of documentation.

Final assets are organized and delivered through secure cloud storage like Google Drive in the formats agreed upon at the start of the project. Editable or source files are included when specified in the project scope. Each source file will be secured to protect the confidentiality of the client’s ownership, so it might require our approval from us before the client gets the source file.
